Alteris Breaks the Bias
This International Women’s Day calls on everyone to celebrate women’s achievements and raise awareness against bias. Today, we shine the spotlight on the community we have created amongst our team to support and advance women’s financial empowerment.
At Alteris, we have many strong and skilled women across all levels of the organisation. In an industry where women still make up around 20% of the workforce, our team includes around 60% women including amongst our senior team. They have brought together their collective expertise and diverse life experiences to create a community that empowers other women to be in control of their financial wellbeing at every life stage.
Keith Jones, CEO, explains the origin of Alteris Women, and how Alteris has forged an inclusive work culture where women’s careers thrive, their achievements celebrated, and how this leads to better experiences for our clients.
Alteris Women’s mission is to advance women’s economic standing from a position of knowledge, skill and lived experience.
We are active in our pursuit to empower more women to take control of their finances.
Our community includes our people, clients, and professional colleagues across the industry, and is open to everyone.
